My Commitment to Accessibility

At nth degree media & designs, I am committed to ensuring that my website and digital content are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. I strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

I believe the web should be open and usable by all, and I continuously work to improve the experience for every visitor to my site.

Measures I Take

To support accessibility, I take the following measures:

  • Incorporate accessibility considerations into my design and development process from the start.
  • Use semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks throughout my site to support assistive technologies.
  • Ensure sufficient color contrast between text and background elements for readability.
  • Provide descriptive alt text for all meaningful images and non-text content.
  • Design all interactive elements to be fully keyboard navigable.
  • Ensure compatibility with popular screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
  • Avoid content that flashes more than three times per second to minimize seizure risk.
  • Conduct periodic accessibility reviews and usability testing.

Conformance Status

I aim to conform to WCAG 2.1, Level AA. I am actively working toward full conformance and addressing any known gaps in my site’s accessibility coverage.

Known Limitations

While I strive for full accessibility, some areas of my website may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known areas currently under improvement include:

  • Certain legacy PDF documents may not be fully optimized for screen readers. I am working to remediate or replace these files.
  • Some embedded third-party tools or widgets may have accessibility limitations outside of my direct control. I monitor these and advocate for improvements with their developers.

Assistive Technology Support

My website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • Browser zoom and text resizing up to 200%
  • High contrast and forced color modes
