I\u2019m about ease, flow, and making the business side feel as good as the creative side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So here are the tools that keep me organized, on track, and showing up consistently\u2014even when I\u2019m juggling multiple clients, projects, and a to-do list that never quite ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Google Workspace \u2013 Simple, Reliable, Shared<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing fancy here, just the basics that never fail:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shared Google Drive folders for clients\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google Calendar for keeping track of my life and time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google Docs for content and copy reviews<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google Sheets for budgets, invoices, editorial calendars, timelines, or link handoffs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It keeps everything centralized, easy to access, and easy for clients to use (no logins, no fuss).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ClickUp \u2013 My Project &amp; Task Command Center<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I use ClickUp to organize every single project, client or internal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s where I keep:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Task lists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feedback notes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project timelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client folders and workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each client gets their own space, and I can see what\u2019s due <em>this week<\/em> at a glance. It\u2019s what keeps things moving without mental gymnastics or sticky note chaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bonus: I have templated task lists so every brand or website project starts with a clear path forward\u2026 no reinventing the wheel each time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Canva \u2013 Quick Content Creation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even though I work in Adobe tools for client projects, <strong>Canva<\/strong> is my go-to for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Social graphics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email headers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quick mockups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client-friendly templates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead magnets and freebies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s perfect for speed and ease, especially when I want to test an idea fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Buffer \u2013 Social Media Scheduling&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/buffer.com\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/buffer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Buffer<\/a> is a magical social media tool. Buffer has amazing features, even with a basic free plan.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buffer allows you to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Post across platforms at simultaneously<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customize your posts for each platform\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View your past and scheduled posts in a list or weekly\/monthly schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duplicate posts easily<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Even write posts with Buffer\u2019s AI Assistant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s awesome when you\u2019re on the fly at a live event or just working remotely and don\u2019t feel like whipping out the laptop!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I highly recommend Buffer for anyone who has multiple social media accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bonus Tools That Keep Me Grounded<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because solo biz life = wearing 10 hats and forgetting to eat lunch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Adobe CC<\/strong> &#8211; for professional design projects, photo and video editing, and podcast production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zoom <\/strong>&#8211; for meeting with clients and partners (hello, AI Companion!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hubspot \u2013 <\/strong>for saving time comparing availability by letting clients and prospects put themselves on my calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clockify<\/strong> \u2013 for time tracking (and seeing where my hours <em>actually<\/em> go)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Loom<\/strong> \u2013 for quick tutorials, client walkthroughs, and project handoffs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spotify playlists<\/strong> \u2013 because design flow needs the right soundtrack<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Find What Feels Good Yoga<\/strong> \u2013 for midday resets when my brain feels fried<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TL;DR: I Use Tools That <em>Do More With Less<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">None of these tools are magic on their own, but used intentionally, they make my solo business feel a lot more spacious and supported. They let me:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stay on top of multiple projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver a better experience for my clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spend more time designing and less time sorting through inboxes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re a creative running things solo too, pick the ones that feel good\u2026 and let the rest go.
