Partner
Family Partners Support Services is a local business that offers in-home services to help families remain intact, reunify, or safely join back together after separation. They provide supports to families in the child welfare system through parent education, goal setting, role modeling, connecting with community resources, and teaching basic life skills.
Launched in 2013, the growing business needed an online presence to share information about the services they provide.
Overview
familypartnerskc.com is a perfectly responsive, basic WordPress site which includes pages that highlight their organization, services, team members, testimonials, and a contact page.
The project also included the creation of a Mailchimp e-mail list and personalized templates and the establishment of a Twitter account for the business.
Features
familypartnerskc.com is integrated with the project’s social media channels so that news updates are automatically shared to followers.
Another feature of the project included a referral/contact form with conditional logic based on the role of the person completing the form so the business could collect pertinent information to start the encounter upon submission of the form. The form is sent to the business via email so they can respond immediately as well as collected in a database for quick export.
This project also featured head shots of the staff and the development of a general email inbox with the website’s domain name to create a professional image for the business.
